That would depend on whether AR-15 Mass Murder Assault Rifles or AK56 Assault Rifles are what the Founding Fathers had in mind. Tomorrow a Bazooka/RPG/RailGuns can become "Constitutional Rights" too for Antifa and BLM to openly carry and go all Kyle Rittenhouse on opposition...

There have to be logical boundaries.
A revolver/handgun is sufficient for individual protection, an ordinary shotgun/rifle/Musket for the well controlled Militia etc.

The Supreme Court has already made that determination. It's settled. With President Trump's three picks in place, that isn't going to change. SCOTUS rarely overturns its own rulings anyway.
