Everyone except the most rabid anti-Trumpers think there was widespread voter fraud. You don’t win an election down ballot and not win at the top. We all know the Dems cheated. People just don’t think President Trump will be able to prove it. Even 30 percent of Dems admit they think the election was stolen. Well, if anyone can provide proof, it’s Sidney Powell and it’s Lin Wood.IP: Logged |

btw, in addition to transiting Saturn squaring his Moon, Saturn is opposing Biden natal Pluto in the 9H and squares his Mars in the 12H over the next few months. Powell’s Georgia filing points out the valid concern that the same new rules implemented by the state election board and Secretary of State that violated state election statutes for the national election are going to be used for the senate run-off scheduled in January.Among other things. I don’t know about any of that. I haven’t read it. But Lin Wood saw her evidence, and it looked great to him. You didn’t see Republicans burn buildings when Biden “won.” But when Trump gets 4 more years, you can bet the criminal branch of the Dem party will set cities on fire. IP: Logged |

In GA Lin Wood is already in the appeal stage. The constitutional argument is irrefutable. It is a slam dunk. The only question is what remedy the court will choose. PA will likely go to SCOTUS. Any solution will have. Trump win, but he needs one more state.IP: Logged |

I saw a Scott Adams [Trump Cult] podcast where he clearly explained that unless the evidence of Electoral Fraud is for all the States, and in a manner that ensures change of outcome, it will be tossed by the Courts. Chunks of evidence of 2 votes fraudulent here, a miscount here, a box of lost ballots etc will not cut it.Great Lawyers are Masters of Attention to Details, Sidney did not catch such glaring errors. What must be the legal quality of the other "Evidence" ? Trump smartly distanced himself, and so did one more GOP County Chief who said he did not want to be part of the complaint [Yet Sidney forced his name, which might lead to a Law Suit against her].
She even made a type in the heading of the Michigan Lawsuit. Something is off. These are supposed to be "Biblical" Cases. We do not even submit a 10 page School or College Report with such types in the first page. Instead of being in an Echo Chamber, please look at both sides. Marc Elias is from the Democrats. They have beaten GOP 38-1 so far, what are they doing right? 80 million Americans voted against Trump, they are fellow Citizens and should not be disenfranchised. ------------------

This is a typical tactic that we see in the media. Instead of examining the substance which is the evidence, attack the messenger about superficialities like spelling mistakes or physical appearance.
I suspect this poster is not a lawyer, has not read the 100 page pleading, and is not qualified to make a judgment on the merits of the pleading. To make a judgment of "dumpster fire," based on superficialities and not the substance of the evidence suggests a disorder of thought processes. No one will remember such petty comments. Sidney Powell will go down in history.

Have you ever submitted a thesis or project report?Such glaring typos are considered disrespect. And have seen the summary of the Lawsuit, there are definitely small chunks of inaccuracies, mistakes, counting errors etc. But no evidence of a conspiracy to defraud the US Elections from the start, which would entail participation of 1000s and 1000s of accomplices from both parties, and absolute conniving silence from each and every Trump appointee. Have some common sense, with Pompeo's + Barr's + Durham's Contacts in Intelligence, including Foreign Intelligence Chatter, how can such a Grandiose Conspiracy get overlooked? In short, this is looking more like a Dumpster Fire than a Smoking Gun.
For Sidney Powell in Point 210 of the Lawsuit wants to cancel all Mail In Ballot of Georgia. This is a request to Disenfranchise all Biden Voters by mail and even 400K American Citizens who voted for President Trump by mail. No Judge can Order such a large scale of Disenfranchisement. 10:1, this Lawsuit will get tossed for this one reason alone. Sidney could have asked for a re-election of all Georgians who requested Absentee Ballots. That would have been very fair, and may have won them a genuine shot. But no, this Fascist Madam wants the Judge to overturn the results and directly force the electoral College of Georgia for Trump. Making a Mockery of Democracy. IP: Logged |

Courts do frown upon typos, but it won’t disturb the merit of the case. I’ve seen a lot of grammar errors in complaints. I have a law degree. And yes, a judge will have to throw out all mail in ballots, because they are illegal. The constitution states that only the legislature can change election law. The Secretary of State can’t. Therefore, those ballots were unconstitutional. However, Lin Wood is asking that there be another election down ballot, which is a fair compromise, and then electors will select who they want as POTUS. IP: Logged |

A federal judge took an oath to uphold the Constitution. It clearly states that only the legislature can change election law. This isn’t ambiguous. There is also plenty of precedent.IP: Logged |

I expected better grammar from one of the best attorneys in the country. Her rush to get this filed hurt her. Yes, the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals is the federal district court for GA. Lin Wood was on FOX News, and he said that the remedy will be another election.
