WTF is wrong with these tyrants? This is after some of the restaurant owners have spent thousands to meet the requirements for outside dining. The number one employer in the country are restaurants. Over 100,000 have permanently closed. There is zero data to support that the virus is transmitted via outside dining, and it was 70 today in LA County.
