I don’t think the Court would switch the states from Biden to President Trump. A more likely outcome would be that the Court would rule the elections in the six disputed states to be tainted and would essentially have no choice but to invalidate those electoral votes. So, if that’s the case, neither candidate would have 270 electoral votes. However, President Trump would have a few more than Biden, and thus he would remain in office. IP: Logged

They might even call those like Chris Krebs, a Trump pick, to give explanations. SCOTUS is going to address the issues related to the Constitution, which the lower courts have failed to do. Only the legislature can change election law. All of the COVID changes are unconstitutional. Then there are the 5th and 14th Amendments over due process and equal treatment. IP: Logged
