Dundas brings up Lt. Gen. Tom McInerney, a retired U.S. Air Force Lieutenant General, who flew 407 combat missions in his four tours of duty in Vietnam. Thereafter, he was appointed to top positions within the federal government, reporting directly to the Secretary of Defense and Vice Presidents.Dundas cites an interview with McInerney, in which he describes programs used by the CIA in foreign elections: quote: Hammer is a surveillance software developed by the CIA. Its programmer was Dennis Montgomery. He built it in 2003 to go after radical Islamists. Scorecard is a program that was developed by the CIA that manipulates voting booths.
Hammer and Scorecard were used in foreign countries to install the leaders that we wanted. Then, he described how these programs were then deployed against the American people: quote: That was done by the Obama Administration two weeks after Obama came into office in 2009, February 3, 2009.Scorecard was moved out of the CIA into a secret SCIF, which is a Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility in Fort Washington, Maryland. Then, they started using it against U.S. citizens, including prominent Americans and politicians.
Sidney Powell, in an interview on Newsmax, said they have evidence that the Dominion software came from the "backbone of the Hammer and Scorecard code." If the evidence of this checks out, then Dundas and Patrick Byrne's description of Sidney Powell as a "nuke" is not hyperbole.
