Sometime today, I will articulate why President Trump will definitely be given the electoral votes in WI. It is unequivocal. NV is in the Discovery stage. Witnesses are being deposed on Wednesday. The Biden team wouldn’t care if there were no fraud involved. They sent 10 lawyers there. Georgia looks very promising. it looks like President Trump might pull this off. I wouldn’t bet against him.

There is some positive energy towards Trump ever since the Biden Team picked some war mongers and made Left/Progressive Pro-Human Rights groups aghast.

Trump has also set the Cat amongst the Pigeons by blaming DOJ and FBI in Election Fraud!

Here we go. The way it works in WI is that a recount is done, and Republicans have to put down the reasons for their objections to each ballot in a Brief to the court. The court will then order the Canvassing Board to accept or reject those 150,000 votes by December 14.

WI is different than other states, because there is legal precedent. Election fraud has happened there before, so the law has passed certain requirements. There have been other cases decided under the exact same fact pattern in the favor of what the Trump argument is.

This is a straight up question of state law. "Can clerks of WI create their own system of early voting through absentee ballots, which violates state law?" They said you can vote in person as absentee, and we will just use this envelope as an application. That is unequivocally against the law. The law states that the application must be stored with the Municipal courts, and the envelope must be stored with the county. It's two separate pieces of paper. The court will have to agree with the law, which is clear. So, what is the remedy? The remedy according to the law is BLIND BALLOTS OUT OF THE BOX! Boom goes the dynamite!

Wisconsin Supreme Court threw out Trump's Lawsuit.

But Trump is winning. He has collected 200 million dollars extra for fighting "Voter Fraud", and 20 million MAGAts are ready to fund him no matter what. Lets say they donate 10 dollars a month till 2024, that is a cool take of 9.6 billion dollars.

Loser Biden gets the headache of Presidency during a tough time and no $$$

It was only thrown out because the legal team tried to get it expedited due to time urgency under original jurisdiction. The court said there was a statute requiring it to go through the lower courts first. The Chief Justice said: “Occasionally, members of the public seem to believe that a denial of our acceptance of a case signals that a petition’s allegations are either false or not serious. Nothing could be further from the truth.”

The COnservative Judge has LAMBASTED the Trump Team, stating that Judicial Acquiescence on such flimsy grounds will damage future elections. The loss of public trust would be incalculable according to the Judge.
