Martial Law is Not a Right of a President after losing the elections, especially an Impeached President. Unless there is an actual Foreign Enemy Invasion or something.

A law is on the books that allows for martial law. It was passed during Bush Sr.'s term. That impeachment was political BS. It has no bearing on anything.
