This would remove the electoral votes from Biden in six states. On January 6, states will certify their results to Congress. They are only binding if Congress accepts them. Those not accepted will not count. Are House Dems needed? Not necessarily. The 12th Amendment says it's a majority of the 50 state delegations. Republicans have the majority at 27. The question is whether that also applies to Congress' acceptance of the electoral votes. SCOTUS will have to decide that point.

It's not a steal if it's Constitutional. It should be unanimous, but I suspect it will be a 5-4 ruling.
