There is talk on Twitter that Nancy Pelosi can also be inaugurated on Jan 20th 2021.
Even she has a Path to Inauguration based on some Quorum Rule of 2/3rds of States having to attend [and if Dem States Protest and do not turn up then Electoral College cannot elect the President]. I do not know how far it is Legal or Constitutional.IP: Logged |
