Sidney Powell is also appealing to SCOTUS, and Lin Wood’s case will be, as well, if it doesn’t succeed in the 11th Circuit. Also, the WI case.

SCOTUS probably feeling overwhelmed, right now. There’s the Facebook antitrust suit too, if you recall.

It seems to be good news that they haven’t made a decision yet. I’m not very confident, though. SCOTUS stopped caring about the Constitution decades ago when they failed to rule against the income tax in the Sullivan case. Our best bet is that a few state legislatures withhold their electoral votes or cast them for President Trump (even if that means a state casts them twice), which would create a Constitutional crisis.

The MI supreme court allowed the case to skip the lower court. It looks promising. There is precedent. There is a remedy codified. GA also has another case. MI found 170, 000 invalid ballots not tied to any voter. The NV and AZ legislatures are saying they will try to do something with their electoral votes. It’s far from over.

Sidney Powell is filing four separate suits for four states to SCOTUS, and Lin Wood’s GA case looks great. The Court can’t use the “no standing” excuse. Be aware that the rejection of the TX case was a procedural one and that Alito and Thomas wanted to hear the case. It ain’t over till it’s over. The WI supreme court will give President Trump a win. It’s only one, but it’s a start.

She didn't know that. She could lose her license if she did. She is far from a fraud.

It’s her job to do due diligence on the witnesses, that’s the bread and butter of a good lawyer.

And if she didn’t, this suggests she either not good at her trade, or she is desperate.

Witness is on the hook for this. He admits that he didn’t thoroughly read the affidavit before signing. This sounds like a miscommunication that got a legal stamp on it. Problematic, for sure.

I wonder if he can sign a corrected affidavit, because the content of his testimony remains the same, as far as I’m aware. Is there is other legal recourse for making corrections such as this? People have signed affidavits with typos and other such mistakes in the past that don’t result in perjury being levied on the signer.
