There are at least six cases at the Supreme Court, including the original PA case (the Court rejected injunctive relief, not the case itself). The Court is possibly waiting for the right case, and everyone knows Biden stole this election, including the justices. There is a slam dunk case at the WI supreme court. I think the Wisconsin Supreme Court slam dunked the slam dunk case into the circular file...
That is 59 Legal defeats now.Unqualified lawyers, all rank amateurs and grifters.
You cannot force disenfranchisement of specific counties. If there is a claim of Voter Fraud, then it is valid across all counties including those that Trump won. Lets say 90% of Dem Votes in Red Counties were fraudulent, that quantum adds up to more than the disputed Dem Counties. This mathematical possibility is as valid as the other allegations by the Trump Legal Team.
Which means GOP could also have committed fraud in Kentucky where Mitch won despite just 30% approval rating.
This would mean the only fair recourse is a complete re-election, which is impractical because GOP appointees like Krebs have themselves certified that there has been no large-scale fraud. And there is no end to it, there will always be allegations of fraud from one side. Tangible Proof could have helped but none stood up to judicial scrutiny. And now the Electoral College has completed the Certification.
