What is unprecedented is that mainstream media is having a blackout on what the swamp is doing. They are NOT reporting that Fulton County Georgia is destroying 2020 election ballots...

To say nothing of the DOJ/CIA/FBI who are also turning a blind eye.

What it means is that the Biden voters can continue to feel self-righteous toward those who say the election was stolen, and they will be crying foul if Trump ends up being president. And the media will egg them on to protest, riot, tear the country apart.

I don’t know, that’s why I asked the question.

My reason was that the photos that were shown were of unused emergency ballots, not completed ballots.

At the moment Belage, I’m not convinced there is naughtiness happening. If they have destroyed ‘evidence’ of voter fraud, then the audit will highlight it; they’ve not helped themselves if that’s the case.

If they are destroying evidence, how will the audit highlight it?

ETA: What I am trying to say is, how can an audit come to a valid conclusion when ballots are being shredded, even if those ballots are unusued/blank, they need to be accounted for. For instance, as part of the audit, they need to verify we printed X amount of ballots, and X were unused/blank, and here they are. Just an example of what an audit is supposed to verify. Every ballot, even unused/blank must be accounted for.

I hear what you’re saying, I don’t know the laws regarding this aspect so can’t really answer.

But in the grand scheme of things, the tally and matching the actual scanned ballots against the total count published is what matters, and would be investigated in the audit.

The whereabouts about and quantification of the unused emergency ballots is not a dealbreaker when compared to the actual ballots. Which is the whole idea of the audit.
