I would question why Wisconsin is waiting until...the day AFTER Congress is to certify state electors. Are these Wisconsin state legislative office holders trying to pacify their angry voters who are probably burning up their phone lines with protests. They've had 2 months to get this job done and set on their butts. It's not been any secret that hundreds of thousands of mail in ballots were mailed out contrary to Wisconsin law. Why now? Is PA the first one? If so, the significance of PA is carrying forward to the present time. PA was central to the birth of the nation, and Gettysburg in the Civil War, and now the 2020 election.
