True, but I think it is a Cabinet Decision.
Democrats do not have a say in this matter.
Leave it to Trump's Cabinet to decide. Maybe they wil consult with ex-Trump Staff like General McMaster, Mattis, Kelly etc as well about his Mental State.

If Mitch wants to punish Trump, he will serve Trump a very cold dish of revenge for the Capitol Hill Coup, something that ensures such a Demagogue never appears on the US Political Scene.

Yes, a bad decision. As in inviting people to DC. Which wasn’t a bad decision. I was just giving you an example. People have a right to assembly. It was a mostly peaceful protest, wasn’t it? The 25th Amendment applies only very narrowly, as when a POTUS cannot fulfill his duties, such as a debilitating stroke. The POTUS can even launch nukes if he wants.

President Trump didn't rile anyone up to cause violence. He was just like he is at any rally. There's nothing on video to show otherwise. Hundreds of thousands of Trump supporters were completely peaceful.

Chanting for dead cops, like BLM did--now that's inciting violence. And cops were attacked for months, with some being killed. Should BLM leaders be charged for those crimes?

That old hag, Pelousy, is still pushing for a 25th Amendment removal, and the sheep eat it up.

Pelosi can never manage a 25th Amendment, the decision can only be taken by Mike Pence, who has maximum awareness about Trump's Mental State at the moment.

There is a better solution that bot Dems and GOP and Mike Pence will like:
Call a House/Senate special session and Pass a Resolution to Advance the Inauguration Date of Joe Biden to today so that Trump cannot cause a Nuclear Holocaust or Strike Iran as Revenge on 19th January, or as an excuse to announce Martial Law. No embarassment of impeachment, the Certified Winner becomes President and the World is a Safer Place.

I didn’t say this bag of bones could do it. And Pence has already said no. President Trump is POTUS until the 20th. Period. The person who prevented war for four years, pulled our troops back home, fired warmonger generals who opposed his peace efforts of not bombing Iran when they attacked our drone and other actions, and is responsible for peace treaties in the Middle East is going to start a war before he leaves office?
