Laches and standing and ripeness do not address the evidence. You might want to ask a lawyer friend what the difference is. You might also ask a lawyer friend why voting changes are unconstitutional unless the state legislature makes them. The courts punted the ball.IP: Logged |

I see in that website that Sydney is calling the Domestic Terrorists who attempted murder of Mike Pence etc as "Brave Patriots".Even Trump has apologized but Sydney and Lin Wood are going ahead with their plans to kill elected officials. This will not end well for them. Lin Wood on Parler has been exposed as goading the terrorists to find and execute Mike Pence. On Twitter, Investigative Journalists crowd sourced images and have tracked down ex-Military and ex-Cops as part of the Neo Nazi Cults who stormed the Capitol Building with cuffs, guns, mace etc. The "Peaceful Protestors" were the cover. The state legislatures should have retaken their power. These changes removed safeguards that were in place to prevent fraud, and thus whether there was fraud or not, such changes were unconstitutional. The Dems planned these changes before the pandemic, and it provided the perfect cover. The Secretary of State can’t make the changes. Not even the state Supreme Court can. Only the legislature. You already know about these wacky laws. We have discussed them at length. It will be much harder to cheat in the next election, because the state legislatures run by Republicans will ensure that they pass laws to nullify this crap.IP: Logged |

See, this works. This is the real Path ahead, to fix the laws ahead of elections and enforce the democratic process, than storm Capitol Buildings with intent kill elected officials.
