Allegedly, he was only teargassed. Also, he was said to have had a stroke. His body was not autopsied and was cremated. Of the five who died, four were Trump supporters. Other than strokes and heart attacks, only one person died from violence, and that was Ashli (who was shot). Sure doesn't sound much like an "armed insurrection" to me.
