God Bless him! I feel the noose tightening around the neck of those of us who are opting out of being vaccinated. I live in a blue state where they don't question the authoritarian medical narrative and I am planning to relocate to a resolutely red state. IP: Logged |

I live in a red-for-now State, with a governor who tried to do the right thing, and I’m grateful. IP: Logged |

Schools in Florida have been opened since last August, and 1,000 people a day move there (400 a day from New York alone). The unemployment rate is 4.9 percent. The housing market is booming. Desantis knows what he is doing. IP: Logged |

Meanwhile, back on the ranch in Texas, the positivity rate has gone from over 10 percent to less than 5 percent since opening back up.IP: Logged |

I'm not convinced vax passports will become a thing. It will depend on to what degree corporate will be hit and if they are willing to take one for the team. Regulations might be confined to fairly unobtrusive situations. eg required for a cruise ship not a plane. But if passports are widely embraced, if hordes of us lose our jobs, cant cross state lines, can't shop etc, then this is the long awaited hill we are going to have to die on.IP: Logged |
