Yeah this country is waaay too far left. Too far in either direction is going to cause chaos & dysfunction. There obviously needs to be a balance but since this is a country full of morons, basic common sense doesn't have any effect so we gotta do things the hard way.

The way I see it society is going to collapse. It isn't an if but a when. I am no more ready than anyone else. Maybe psychologically to some degree since I have been anticipating it as long as I can recall. Like oh yeah..this is a disaster waiting to happen. So I figure let's just get it over with. We are already further to the left so it just makes more sense to keep pushing it that way since the point is to make it collapse in the first place.

It's like a decrepit old building. The wood is rotted, it is uninhabitable. You risk falling through the floor if you were to enter. Roofs caved in..w/e. It's like we are consciously trying to fix the building but it is beyond that point. The only option would be to knock it down and start a new.

Idk, I can seem quite cynical at times..maybe I am. But dam it's better than lying to myself.

About 11.6 million viewers watched Wednesday night, according to Nielsen’s initial ratings data.

The numbers include viewership from Walt Disney Co.’s ABC, Comcast Corp’s NBC, ViacomCBS Inc’s CBS, and Fox. The numbers do not include cable news networks, such as Fox News, CNN, and MSNBC.

In contrast, the lowest rating President Trump’s scored for a congressional speech was 37.2 million in 2020.

Throughout Trump’s presidency, he received the following numbers:

2017: 48 million
2018: 46 million
2019: 46.8 million
2020: 37.2 million....

with theaters still closed, bars and restaurants still not allowed full capacity, many workers still working only part-time, concerts, festivals and outdoor games still not allowed, etc... we have an unprecedented numbers of Americans basically STAYING HOME, and the "most popular president in US history" could only get 11 millions to tune in to his SOTUS??

11 millions is basically the same number of people who watched the unpopular Oscars.

Spoke with a family member employed by a large chain tasked with distributing vaccines. I mention that nearly half the state has been vaxxed and gosh isn't that remarkable. "Yeah", he replies with puzzled look."But yk we are throwing out boxes of vaccines everyday. We average maybe 5 or 6 appointments each day per location and we're lucky if 2 show up. Tests too. All of sudden no one wants a test. I don't know where the state is getting those high numbers from"
