Consider who is on this Oversight Board ....A Dutch politician A Pakistani lawyer A Tawainese communications regulator An Indonesian journalist A dual citizen Ghanian/South African activist A Yemeni activist A Kenyan lawyer An Indian professor and activist A Brazilian professor and activist An Israeli bureaucrat A New Zealand professor How many of these men and women hold conservative or traditional views? All foreign citizens, some from failed or failing states. These are the apparatchiks deciding which American citizens, including a former President of the United States, are allowed access to one of our most widely available and effective communication services. These are the faceless ones who deign themselves worthy to tell American citizens which views they should or should not hear. There's a precedent being set here and I hope people are paying attention IP: Logged |

How are they going to break up Big Tech though? They did not or could not do it when Trump was president and they had the Senate. The only way to break up Big Tech is to create alternative platforms that are so exciting they siphon away a big chunk or even half the general public. Nobody had to break up My Space. Better platforms came along. IP: Logged |

We know these platforms were not created or empowered organically. "better" was not and will not be the deciding factor.IP: Logged |
