My goodness!I have perused some of my facebook timeline, and the amount of people who before Covid sounded perfectly sane, are LAMENTING the new CDC mask guidelines because they are afraid it is too soon!  They want to keep wearing their mask even though they have had their shots. They love, love, LOVE being muzzled. The human mind is a strange thing. I am afraid many of us are not drawn to happiness but to misery. IP: Logged |

It's curious, isn't it? How insecure, how nervous the average person feels today. The unpredictable modern world where nothing is certain, where the earth shifts beneath their feet. The old constants dismantled and torn down. Family, church, neighborhoods. Anything to feel "safe" for these people. The masks feel proactive. I'm doing something! Comforting. Virtuous. Faithful. We need these things. Magical thinking, like a cross hanging from your neck.

YES!!! People are looking for ways to feel safe, now that they have discarded traditional safety nets like church, family and neighborhood and that the main mode of communication is through a computer/phone screen. And after they spent all this time in judgment of mask hesitants or mask refusers, masking became this holy badge of honor and virtue they just cant give up. Sorry you had to go through that Teasel.There is a hypothesis that vaccinated folk will be shedding Spike Proteins, so some of the Anti-Vaxxing Anti-Maskers are slowly getting into the pro-Mask camp.
As of now, there is no evidence that the Spike Protein can survive without the Virion Body. So there not be any fear of unmasked Vaccinated folk. IP: Logged |

I don't think "they" (who shall not be named) want us to move on until everyone on the planet has received a jab and thus enriched the pharmaceutical companies and furthered the cause of mandatory vaccines. And we will continue to be vaccinated through booster shots for variants, and new viruses, it will be an ongoing health mandate. "they" are trying very hard, but will they succeed? They are now saying that children should continue to wear masks, because children are unvaccinated, and we need to "protect" children until they get to be vaccinated.Nevermind that COVID has not been deadly to children, they are saying parents should continue to wear masks around children to "model" proper behavior. They are essentially priming children and parents to literally beg to have children take the vaccine as soon as it will be deemed "available" for children. Is there any end to this mind fuckery?
