Was USA government colluding with the Chinese? OR was China hoodwinking America? America also has a dark history remember. You are misinformed. Trump is the one who lifted moratorium on I believe virology related activities perhaps funding and people like Fauci may have taken advantage of it. They tried this game with Obama and he and his team was smart and stayed the moratorium. This is what happens when a person with No public sector experience becomes a king.
