So, Biden repeatedly said that he wouldn't raise taxes on anyone making less than $400,000 per year. Then he back peddled and said it would be COUPLES who make $400,000 a year. We all know that these leftist dreams can't be paid for without taxing the middle class. Well, lo and behold, in Biden's 2022 budget, a family of four making $60,000 will pay $2,000 more in tax. I am not surprised.

That is a big lie R. I thought individual limit was 200k. You heard it wrong perhaps. Wow family of four? If they are living together, ofcourse it is reasonable to pay the extra tax. I am sure the family won't mind. Perhaps they will because in America no one is saving enough for retirement.

I usually don’t take your Twitter bait and click on those links, because tweets are worse than Wikipedia as a legitimate source, but I clicked on this one for sh*ts and giggles. Either you have a reading comprehension problem or can’t read charts. The discussion is on middle class tax cuts, not the corporate rate having been higher than Biden suggests raising it. However, if you want to go there, Biden wants a minimum 15 percent global tax on all corporations, so that makes it overall historically high, while removing our sovereignty over our own taxation.

To be honest, I am not surprised.

Considering how the major corporations had been lining up behind Biden, it made no sense to me that they were going to be the ones paying more money in taxes. Why would they support a candidate who wants to reach in their pockets? When did they become so altruistic?

All that increased spending money the dems are doling out like they are Santa claus will have to come from somewhere, and that means middle America will have to pay for it.

Pay tax or become broke just like the Romans did. You cannot make everyone happy.

If you raise corporate tax too much, companies will move away from America and HQ in other nations.
