Manchin has said that he will vote against the For The people Act. That's the unconstitutional voting bill by the Dems. Without his vote in the Senate, this legislation fails. Manchin also reiterated that he will not vote for eliminating the filibuster rule. Which means there will be no stacking of the Supreme Court or other changes in its make up. Biden wants a big power grab before 2022, because he knows he will lose the House then and accomplish nothing in his last two years, but it looks like that will be his fate a lot sooner.

Sen. Joe Manchin (D-WV) announced Sunday he will vote against the For the People Act to federalize local elections.

“I believe that partisan voting legislation will destroy the already weakening binds of our democracy, and for that reason, I will vote against the For the People Act. Furthermore, I will not vote to weaken or eliminate the filibuster,” he wrote in Charleston Gazette-Mail.......

As usual you are wrong. I have not visited a single psychiatrist nor do I have to.

You are just dated Mr.
On top of that you fear losing power. It is happening. The blues will dominate the reds and yet be gentle and graceful about it. The upper chakras will dominate the lower chakras (solar plexus, root chakra, sacral)

The For The People Act is unconstitutional. The Founding Fathers gave the running of elections to the states. Only 9 percent of that behemoth Bill is for infrastructure. Manchin is the proverbial parakeet in the mine. He represents a splinter in the Dems between the far left fringe and the moderates. This doesn’t bode well for Dems in 2022.
