Yeah, an appeal to the Supreme Court from one of the usual suspects, The Ninth Circuit Court. Time for the Ninth Circuit Court to be broken up into several Courts.

When leftists want to go Court shopping, it's usually the Ninth Circuit Court they choose.

Glad to see at least 6 justices on the Supreme Court don't have their heads up their kazoos.
