1 Jul 2021California Lt. Governor (D) issued a proclamation on Thursday to set a date for the recall election against Democrat California Gov. Gavin Newsom. California Lt. Gov. Eleni Kounalakis issued her proclamation to set September 14 as the day for a special gubernatorial recall election.
