The class action suits are over First Amendment rights.

He was, and is, out of control. They aren’t. You’ve banned people before, for much less.

Patriot act that Bush passed justifies the ban. Trump is considered a domestic terrorist.

They are well within their rights to ban him or anyone else who violates the rules. He did. Trump is still free to say whatever he wants whenever he wants, no one is denying him his rights. But he will have to find another outlet if he wishes to reach the masses. Didn't he create his own platform specifically for that? It is no different than someone coming over to your house and swearing and insulting you & your family. You have every right to toss that person out of your house. And they have every right to go and write and write a book of insults directed at you & have it published if they chooses. Seems a bit of an extreme example, yes. But they can waltz around town **** talking 24/7 yes as long as they are not breaking any other rules.

Although on a somewhat related note I am seeing the 1st amendment subtly yet deliberately being taken away from us in other ways.

If you get anything from this please remember they are much more scared of us than we are of them. Stay strong & stay safe everyone. We are all much more powerful than we know 👽 so know

The courts will decide the First Amendment issues, and also including election interference.

Tucker Carlson was talking about wanting cameras in every classroom in America, to make sure that teachers are only teaching what's acceptable to conservatives like him.

Teachers should follow their lesson plans. There should be no problem with cameras if teachers are doing their jobs.

The thought of classroom cameras is appalling. But, like security cameras at the bank, the problem is trust, and the aim is prevention.

Covid zoom schools. Formerly oblivious and/or trusting parents were suddenly made aware of what their children were being taught. I'm sure you recall the upswing in parental complaints to administration, teachers voicing concern that parents were listening in on their child's lessons, etc.

In case no one recalls, here is one example.
http://www.foxnews.com/us/philadelphia-public-s chool-teacher-worries-about-conservative-parents-listening-in-on-virtual-classes

tldr A Philadelphia teacher is worried eavesdropping parents will interfere with his "messy work" of "destabilizing a kids racism"

(yes its fox. do feel free to ignore the commentary and scroll to the tweets)

Mr Kay is a highschool English teacher, so I don't know perhaps the parents would prefer he teach the students English?

fwiw he is a published curriculum author http://www.stenhouse.com/authors/matthew-r-kay
He is also available for "antiracism" teacher training courses.
