I'm happy the Michigan Senate curbed Whitless's emergency powers. My only question is...Why Did They Wait So Long To Get With The Program? They should have acted the instant Whitless overstepped her power as governor.

Pennsylvania did the same thing to their governor, Wolf but they did it by amending the Pennsylvania constitution.
