Yes, we don't fully understand/perceive all the factors in natural immunity yet, but there is plenty of indication that it is not just about antibodies. I remember watching an excellent interview with Dr. John Ioannididis, a brilliant, multi disciplined medical researcher and professor, where he mentions this point.
He btw, was one of the relative few well respected scientists who had the cajones from the very beginning to be vocal about his skepticism towards corporate media, government, and beaurocratic health organizations fear mongering of Covid, and said that it was likely conflated.
For that (and for him helping to clean up crap science/researcher previous), I have immense respect for this man.
Also, having watched a number of interviews of him, he just seems like an older soul and extremely perceptive.
For someone of his status and reputation to come out and talk about these things, should have made more people pause and take note, but fear is a powerful inducer of irrationality, and many were fearful, especially towards the beginning.
