I see all the local pharmacies advertizing flu shots in addition to Covid shots.

I THOUGHT THERE HAD BEEN NO FLU DUE TO PEOPLE WEARING MASKS AND SOCIAL DISTANCING!?!?

Well, there are only 2 possible things and only 1 can be true.

#1 - Either they turned the Flu into Covid and passed Flu patients as Covid patients. That's the conspiracy theory.

#2 - Or the flu was really eradicated during Covid as they claim since they didn't report any flu disease or death during this time.

If it's #2), then why are they peddling flu shots for a disease that's been eradicated? It makes no sense.

We can assure you all to 100%, that none of the theories are true.
We are on no political side.
We live in Europe, we have constant, multiple allergies, which cause our immune systems to be distracted from virusses by the allergens.
Therefore we get influenca very often, mostly not that bad (because of the very active immune system), but it takes very long mostly, to get completly well again.
Imagine an army, that is almost constantly attacked/thinks it is (allergens) and fights,
then a real and strong enemy comes.
Because they are fighting already and are trained, it will not be that bad, but they can hardly keep the enemy out and take long to defeat him.

The point is :
Since Covid 19 exists, we had influenca EXACTLY as often and long as before.
And we just recovered from Covid.
We always went to the pcr-test to the health officials, each time we had influenca.
Always negative, except the last time.
Covid was a huuuuuge difference, we were both very sick, I almost died.

So both sorts still exist.

It's always nice to have people who don't live in the US chiming in.

My original post was specifically about the US where we have been told that there was hardly any flu since people have been masking and social distancing due to Covid.

The figures listed by the CDC for the Flu between October 1, 2019 and April 4, 2020, that is BEFORE MASKING AND SOCIAL DISTANCING:

39 to 56 million illnesses
410,000 to 740,000 hospitalizations
24,000 to 62,000 deaths
195 pediatric deaths

Whereas, the figures listed for the Flu from October 1, 2020 to April 1, 2021 DURING MASKING AND SOCIAL DISTANCING:

646 deaths.
1 Pediatric death.

That is a HUGE drop!

On the CDC website, they try to edge their bets by saying that in addition to masking and social distancing, flu shots reduced the numbers of fatalities, but they are not able to actually prove that many more people received flu shots during that time than previously. In fact they state that " Preliminary estimates indicate that 50% to 55% of adults got a flu vaccine (compared with the 2019–2020 estimate of 48% by end of May 2020)." That difference in percentage would not justify the huge drop in cases.

I threw away my tv a decade ago, in desperate hope of speeding up my spiritual growth...

That was exactly our strategy (although we had no vaccine),
to train the immune system - it needs the naturally accuring virusses and bacteria,
plus enough nurishment from healthy food
and strength and balance from inner peace.
Which doesn't mean, to suppress change, conflict and growth.

The body is through evolution adapted to it's environment.
The natural environment has dirt, bacteria, virusses,

or people in stone age would have done, to keep healthy.
When we eat plants, then all of it you can eat,
as little as possible denatured by processing, as fresh as possible.

All that can also help to keep a healthy acid-base-balance,
which is vitally important to calm down inflammation, should you get Covid.
It's necessary, to inform yourself about this all and practice it, before the virus will come to visit you...
To get enough nutrients and keeping the acid-base-balance (Galactic knows all about the latter)
do require some effort before you are used to it.
But it will help your immune system, whole body and soul...

Edit :
We couldn't take any covid-vaccin because of severe allergies, I don't know, what we would have done if we had been able to.
We also cannot take any influenca-vaccins, same reason, but in that case we are sure, that we wouldn't want it anyway.
I almost know for sure, if we wouldn't have trained and prepared our 'army' with the help of the normal influencas, you would have to read this post by channeling me....

I was not 'pushing' vaccines. I only pointed out that Trump was making a huge effort for the drug companies to produce vaccines.
