OSHA will be or already has been sued over vaccine mandates.

Additionally, there is a move afoot to de-fund OSHA's vaccine mandate.

And, there's the Congressional Review Act which a US Senator plans to use to 'nullify' the vaccine mandate.

It would be different if Congress had passed legislation authorizing vaccine mandates. Even if Congress had done so, law suits would still fly.
