The prosecution in this case is a complete joke. Aside from the simple fact that video evidence and eyewitness testimony (even the testimony from the surviving victim himself) shows self-defense, the prosecution keeps making mistakes that lawyers learn in the first year of law school. The rabid left is going after the judge for calling the prosecutors out on Constitutional violations by saying he is biased. Here are some of the most egregious problems: The prosecution kept objecting to evidence in front of the jury, which makes the jury think there is something damaging in said evidence. The FBI withheld evidence. Once presented with that new evidence, the prosecution should have dropped the case. The prosecution stated that Rittenhouse was quiet after his arrest. Choosing to remain silent is a Constitutional right, and the fact that a defendant does so cannot be brought up as an indicator of guilt. That violation alone can get a mistrial. Doing that is inexcusable. The prosecutor should be fired and disbarred. Another thing this idiot did is that he went after the reporter who used body cam footage for retaining an attorney. People want lawyers for a number of reasons. He wanted to ensure that he presented the evidence properly, especially since this is such a high profile case. I suspect Rittenhouse will get a full acquittal on all six charges, and that the jury will deliberate in very short order. The only charge that might stick is the misdemeanor gun charge, and I think the jury will punish the prosecution's Constitutional violations by also acquitting Rittenhouse of that charge, as well. Wisconsin has a very robust self-defense law. This was a complete sh*t show. I have no doubt Rittenhouse will walk. And the lunatic left will riot over an innocent man receiving a just result (despite an unfair hearing wrought with Constitutional violations).

The DEFENSE is a joke, and that judge?? Yelling at the prosecution, not turning his phone off when there is a trial going on, not letting the prosecution call the victims what they they. Total trump tool.

You really have no idea what you are talking about. You probably still think Rittenhouse brought a weapon across state lines. Or that he shot someone in the back. Because CNN is still reporting those lies as facts. The judge is doing his job. He can’t allow the prosecution to get away with these egregious errors. The prosecution even reminded the reporter that he was under oath. That is ridiculous. It is used as intimidation and as an implication that the witness has lied. Prosecutors should never ask a question they do not know the answer to. It is inexcusable that the prosecution was blindsided by the victim’s answer that he pulled a weapon on Rittenhouse first. This case is going to be used in law schools as a prime example of prosecutorial misconduct and outright incompetence for years to come.

How else would you describe going after an innocent person as a sacrificial lamb for political purposes? Rabid. But it looks as if the left’s poster child for white supremacy is an epic failure.

That clown with the mustache was caught coaching a witness to change his testimony and lie. He should be disbarred. No one can be this stupid. He may be trying to get a mistrial because he knows he has no case. I was unaware that Rittenhouse had spent nine months in jail. Even though the judge has stated that the WI carry law is vague as to who may carry under 18, if convicted of that charge, the judge should use time served (it’s punishable by nine months).
