Also: will the constant fear-mongering about "our future, if this continues" stop, when what you're predicting doesn't happen? Or will you just move your goal posts again? If it doesn't happen, will you ever admit that you were wrong?

You keep scoffing at those of us "living in fear" as you put it (that phrase needs to be retired, like "fake news" and the former president grump), but you always sound terrified. You are the ones living in fear, and perpetuating it, for your own reasons, whether they be political, or whatever. I don't know anymore.

I'm going to try to go back to sleep now.

You live in fear, not us. We live free of fear.

Thank you for sharing this. It is pretty interesting if nothing else. I recently got off of Paxil after nearly 4 years because of how difficult it has been to keep the weight off, specially since quitting that nasty adderall. The weight gain has been it's own stressor. I was talking to my Dr. Last appointment about going on a different SSRI, specifically Prozac. I had researched on all the different ones & Prozac seemed like the best for me. I personally don't think I would go on it for the sole reason that it may or may not lessen covid symptoms. But the whole world is pretty much in a state of anxiety, so it might not be a bad idea. It would at least chill people out. I am wondering too if it is because all this added stress is weakening our immune systems & drugged up folks aren't suffering as much in that regard? 🤔

Well w/e the case, I was leaning in that direction anyway so this at least helped me clear up that uncertainty. It is definitely not going to hurt in my case. 🙂

I have always felt that part of the covid mortality is due to people being overwhelming afraid, anxious and depressed about getting Covid. It makes sense that certain antidepressants would help curb severe Covid because they would make people less anxious and depressed.

Anything that can help normalize people's emotions in this time of plandemic is helpful. For some people it will be pharmaceutical antidepressants. For people like me, meditation, affirmations, prayers and natural remedies.

Cheers!

I personally believe everyone is experiencing some level of fear (stress, anxiety, worry...w/e word you prefer) due to the pandemic. It is completely natural and expected. Even healthy to a certain degree because that fear is what causes us to change. For better or worse but I work on keeping myself in check so I'm moving in the right direction. Experiencing fear and giving into fear are completely different things though. For me I am much more stressed about these criminal mandates and having are God given rights taken away than I could ever be of the actual virus. I could give into that fear but I would have to toss my convictions out the window which isn't happening. A path will open up for me because there are still a decent amount of people that share similar beliefs and that gives me some peace of mind.

I agree, everyone has to do what is best for THEM, not their family & friends, not their government or that ***hole down the street. I want to punch every single person in the face that feels the need to tell me what's best for me. It has caused alot of isolation lately. I have never once tried to push my beliefs on a single person. If you want the vaccine then ******* get it! If you dont...then don't! Why are some people so Gotdam stupid? If you got the vaccine then doesn't logic tell you that uhhhhh you are safe from an unvaccinated person? Then you get those people who are like "well you need to get vaccinated cause my kids under 5yo!" (Previously 12yo) umm sorry to tell you this but I don't give a **** about your kid. Why don't you keep them away from me.? Obviously I don't mean all that literally, no part of me wants someones kid to get sick. But you get what I'm saying. Sry just ranting a little.

All this anxiety is clouding people's judgment. They seem to have lost all common sense and have no connection to their intuition. I have always believed those two things are our best defense against this, not to mention everything else. AND it is free! Much like what you do to cope, Belage. I think that general idea is essential. Even if someone doesn't believe in God or prayer, just a positive adjustment in their thinking patterns can work just the same.

I feel you.

That is why it is so important for me to balance my emotional state. I have managed to regain a sense of peace and connectedness lately, but I don't take it for granted. I work on it everyday.

Wishing you peace of mind.

Cheers!
