Every single one of those arguments are nonsensical. Americans can freely travel between states. Americans can bear arms. The weapon was not taken across state lines. Thus, the federal courts have no jurisdiction. Federal courts have limited jurisdiction to hear cases. The weapon was legal in WI, so Rittenhouse lawfully possessed it. Furthermore, people lose their First Amendment right to protest once they riot. Rittenhouse did not impede upon that right. Even if he did in some way, he is not a government actor. The right of self-defense is a natural right. Lastly, Nader is a completely radical far left nut job. Face the facts. Come to terms with it. Game. Over.
