I don't know if he can sue them but he NEEDS to sue them because that is the only way they will stop their lies.

Did you notice after Nick Sandmann sued and won, the fake news media stopped lying about him. They don't even mention his name anymore, lol!

Part of the settlement with CNN was that they cannot mention him. He is still in process of suing six other media outlets.
