This is a petition to have Rittenhouse removed from school. It is not a free speech issue. If the school allows it, they should be sued, as the petition refers to Rittenhouse as a white supremacist.IP: Logged |

Looks like Rittenhouse will have more lawsuits to file.Rittenhouse is not subject to the lunatic whims of far left loon students or the arbitrary decisions of a university. Rittenhouse is NOT GUILTY of any offense and cannot be arbitrarily denied his rights to the education he paid for. Nor can Rittenhouse be defamed, libeled or slandered without consequences. If I was Rittenhouse, I wouldn't attend any college in person. I would just take online courses and correspondence courses. And get some degrees that way if I was insistent on getting a college degree. The yellow journalism media has put a target on his back, and there is no way he is going to live a normal life. That is why he needs to sue the media so that he doesn't have to work for the rest of his life. IP: Logged |

The students can rally all they want. They are exercising their first amendment right. But if the school follows through with their demands, Rittenhouse has legal ground to sue the heck out of them. And the school knows that. IP: Logged |

Latest Update: He is not currently enrolled. He took a break from two classes due to his trial. The school has officially said that can enroll anytime. The school had also stated that even if he were found guilty, he could attend because criminal history is not a consideration of the application process. Rittenhouse should avoid college.
