Awesome! Will read it.

Make it a supreme law. We don't want science, AI or any bot to become our king and a dictator. Also no corporation should dictate how we live. All these bustards care about is profitability. Congress members and other government folks should be scrutinized for receiving lobbying money underground from corporates with vested interests .

Humanity must always override. Very bad on Dems who many are known to follow the left hand path of Kabala to hold world accepting views when it comes to vaxx.

Gives me some hope as well.
When I was about 12 years old or so, we read George Orwell's '1984' in school and discussed it.
It shocked me and creeped me out for life.
Today we are partly living in it already. 😥

I intend to do what I can to change that.

Apparently, the judge based his decision on the evidence or lack thereof provided by the CMS (Center for Medicaid and Medicare Services) to say that:

-...the lack of data regarding vaccination status and transmissibility—in general—is concerning. Indeed, CMS states that ‘the effectiveness of the vaccine[s] to prevent disease transmission by those vaccinated [is] not currently known.’ CMS also admits that the continued efficacy of the vaccine is uncertain...
