He doesn't care about anything, but his own winning.

I notice nobody is talking about what he did a year ago. Domestic terrorism.

President Trump told the protesters to stay peaceful. What part of “peacefully” march to the Capital do you not understand?

Trump is nothing more or less than a self serving malignant narcissist. It's written all over his chart. Primarily the combo of Leo Mars closely conjunct Leo Asc, with ruling Planet the Sun in Gemini, and Cancer Saturn conjunct the ruler of his MC, Venus (MC is the next most amplifying point of a chart, on average, after the Asc).

Watched some of the video--the logic seems to be all over the place--he notes that initially Trump spoke very strongly in a very negative/critical way about whistleblowers like Snowden and said they are traitors and should be shot. But then later, in a self serving way and context, praised Assange (because of things like wikileaks talking critically about Clinton). A true politician in others words, no real center, convictions, or ideals, but changes on a dime depending on the convenience to himself.

I'm pretty sensitive to people's vibe and body language. Two things to note, immediately found this guys voice very grating/irritating for some reason. Also, he goes a long time in between blinks. I've noticed that this is a common trait among people that are in or near the ASPD spectrum. I suspect that media people do try to train themselves to blink less, but if this is training and acting in this area, this guy needs a golden globe award, because it is fairly pronounced. I blink like 3x's more than him within a given time frame and I don't have any eye issues or the like.

It's funny how people are looking for saviors among politicians and/or the unusually wealthy. And yet, the man Yeshua, a true savior, was considered by many during his time to be a homeless bum type i.e. the exact opposite of people in these two categories. But humans don't ever seem to learn.

It is the opposite of Namaste. It is the ego and shadow in me resonates with the ego and shadow within you.

GCE2,

The video is really worth watching in its entirety till the end, because Greenwald ties things together even though it seems confusing at first. Toward the end, you will see clips of the interview with Candace Owen where she asked him questions about his decision not to pardon, and his body language throughout was quite interesting. At first open, then closed off.

On a personal level, Trump not pardoning Snowden and/or Assange was really disheartening to me.

Since you brought astrology into this thread, I will give you my astrological insight.

I do not quite agree with your analysis of Trump's chart. People focus a lot on his flashy Leo Mars conjunct his ascendant. But one of the strongest and most striking points of his chart is his Sun, Uranus and North Node stellium conjunction in Gemini which give him outstanding intuition.

However for the past 2 years, this same stellium has been squared by tNeptune in Pisces, which confuses it and practically destroyed any positive effects it could have for Trump. His usual intuitive judgement has been flawed and off. As a result, he has taken a number of ill fated decisions, such as calling for his supporters to come to DC on January 6th, which was exploited by his enemies in a very Neptunian deceptive way. And the decision to not pardon also was an ill fated call. Which I suspect he now regrets.

Astrologically, we have to go in the context of "hierarchy of highlighting".

There is no singular condition stronger than a Planet closely conjunct the Asc--it can flavor and even overwhelm the entire whole chart. Mars is the most narcissistic symbol and energy there is--it is pure red energy. It certainly doesn't help that the Asc and Mars are also in Leo--which in an archetypal sense is like a yellowish tinged orange color (aka "high orange"), and moderately self focused by itself.

Then Saturn is quite strong, along with Uranus. Uranus is not nearly as positive as people in the astrological community make it out to be. It is the Planet of extremes and flip flopping back and forth between them. It has a very selfish and callous side, and especially so in the context of all this Mars and Saturn underlying it, with all that personal Sign highlighting (i.e. very strong emphasis on Gemini and Cancer).

If I were to make up an astrological cookbook and I wanted to give an example of a good chart that would correlate with malignant narcissism really well--well Trump's would be a great, classic, textbook example. Far too much Mars, Fire, Saturn, and personal sign focus in combo meanwhile lacking highlighting on all the empathy, connection oriented symbols like planetary Venus, Neptune, and Jupiter.

Btw, there are some in the larger astro community that consider Uranus to be more in the "malefic" category with Mars and Saturn than not. I wouldn't go quite that far, since Uranus can also have and show a faster vibratory side--especially in combo with other symbols that are mid to faster vibratory in a consistent way (i.e. Venus, Neptune, Jupiter, and Sun).

But at psychic, energetic level, just tuning into him, how you not feel that massive, babyish ego? It fairly oozes out of him. I don't need astrology to confirm this, but it certainly does. He's just a walking talking ego. He received some very intense heart wounds in childhood and in combo with being a younger soul and never healing those heart wounds, has only grown more and more callous, self serving and self focused. It's why everything is about "winning", being "better" than others, not being "losers", huge focus on material stuff such as things, money, and status.

Spiritually, he is a child, and is a bit of a mild to moderate "anti Christ" (I don't mean this in an Evangelical, extreme, or ultimate sense that some use it, but if we use Christ as a symbol of Universal Love, Oneness, Yeshua type consciousness, humility, kindness, filled with fruits of the Spirit, etc he is quite far from it. Not quite 180 like a psychopath or sociopath, but not far either). Like I said, a walking, talking, over sized, wounded/insecure ego.

I feel pity for him. If I could go back in time, take him away from his messed up parents and home situation, give him a hug and be a big brother or the like, I would. But that doesn't change any of these overt and obvious perceptions of current him. I think if he had loving, warm, kind, and not super materialistic, control and status freak parents, he probably would have turned out less malignant narcissistic and more very mild narcissistic.

We really loved the passion that Mars brings when he announced running for presidentship. But we know how typical politician he is.

Mars in asc characteristics ultimately made him lose love in people's heart and he lost.

I accidentally hit "clear fields".

Oh well. I was trying to say it is very unsettling the amount of energy put out to hate. Speaking so low of an individual that has no merit in OUR paradigm at all. DJT is a private citizen. The negative energy does none any good. Especially SELF. It mostly inflicts the one in which is feeling these contempt emotions. I think the LL ones are more evolved than THAT?! Aren't they?
I hope so. This is meant for the comments made.

@GCE, Everytime I pull on him, he's def the Emperor. Which a young ego can be depicted there yet a masterful architect, leader as well. This is my middle road opinion, seeing of the picture.

I need to read this link but have heard a few opinion pieces on the topic. I think there may had been a reason which was far deeper than we understood re those not granted pardons. I'm not a fan but I do so agree when they say "he plays chess, while all the results play checkers". He's far more in depth than many give him credit. I see this about him .. many be because I'm mutable about him. No love or hate.

I seriously think those were fakes. Just like the popular movements of this past few years. They were in costumes yet anyone affixed to hate won't admit it. Easily sitting in self deception.
In truth a person can believe a lie so much easier than to believe anyone telling them they were lied to. Forgive my forgetting the origins of that quote but it is so spot on.
The amount of theater we live in currently would have Shakespeare/Bacon laughing his @ss off right now.

GCEV2,

I think anyone who is going to rise to the rank of presidency must have a substantial dose of narcissism or they will not make it nor will they be able to sustain the pressure one encounter while at the top. So it is a given that anyone who is or has been president or at the helm of a country is a narcissist in some ways.

As far as it being malignant narcissism, I am not convinced in the case of Trump. Mars in Leo is flashy, but not necessarily malignant. In his chart, Saturn makes no significant aspect to it. Neither does his Pluto - I don't consider a 16 degree orb conjunction significant.

Uranus is not all bad. Uranus is the Liberator. Where it is located, it urges the native to follow its own path and not be constricted by tradition. Is it any wonder that this man who was born with a silver spoon. made himself known in the hospitality/hotel industry, then on TV, would surprise everyone and enter politics and become a populist president? Not if you see that he has Uranus conjunct North Node and Sun. That is why his base loved him, he could not be constrained by Deep State, and that is why Deep State HATED him, they couldn't control him.

He also has Jupiter in Libra trine his North Node, Sun and Uranus stellium. Which further disproves the malignant theory.

He has Mercury in Cancer square Neptune in Libra. Yes, that can create delusion in thinking, and also can make for lies and distortion of reality but malignancy?

Anyway, those are my thoughts, and the entire exchange would have been better suited for the astrological side of the forum, but there it is.

By the way, I do not believe Trump will make a viable 2024 candidate. Transit Neptune is still squaring his Sun, Northnode and Uranus stellium, so his judgement is still flawed.

Venus retrograde in Capricorn is hitting by opposition his sensitive Saturn and Venus conjunction in Cancer. While Pluto in Capricorn is still messing with them.

And with the upcoming conjunction of Jupiter and Neptune in Pisces in April 2022 squaring his stellium, I think he will realize it is better he sits out politics.

ETA: I don't do progressions which may offer a different predictive analysis. I am only going by transits.

Agreed. Besides he will be as old as Biden if he still decides to run. We all know we need youth and leadership today to live in the new earth that has changed our lives forever.

Belage,

I agree completely. imo as how I see him as a "person" aside from his last performance, as Potus. DJT is s a guy whose probably more about conquest. He's been there - done that. Idk that he would think a second try would suit him. Your astrology look seems pretty accurate too.

All astrology aside, I think President Trump will run again and win. It’s not about the conquest. It’s about the challenge. President Trump loves this country and wants to fix the royal mess the Dems have created. If I’m wrong, I’ll be the first to admit it. However, don’t say I didn’t tell you so.

A good leader has a developed, healthy, strong but not overly strong ego, so yes, they can deal with challenges, stress, etc, but that needs to be counter balanced by empathy, spiritual sensitivity, compassion, and other more Yin/feminine or faster vibratory attunemnt. Folks like George Washington, Lincoln, and even Jimmy Carter, while not perfect, were better leaders than the average because they had more of a balance. They were neither overly/too Yang (like Trump is), or too Yin.

Didn't say that Uranus was all bad and specifically pointed out, when strong Uranus is found along side highlighted Venus, Neptune, Jupiter, etc, the faster vibratory/more positive side of it can come out more. But in his case, it is combo with predominant Mars and then strong Saturn--two very ego and control oriented symbols. Then the Personal signs being most highlighted, which are also more self focused. Literally, his 3 strongest Planets in order from strongest to less so are Mars, Uranus, Saturn (Moon is also moderately highlighted, but contrary to popular belief, Moon is not as others and compassion focused, but actually tends towards the self focused and materialistic).

The Jupiter in Libra trine is not as an effective counter balance as you think--again, because we have to go back to basic principles and the hierarchy of highlighting. Jupiter is at the end of the 2nd House starting to cusp into the 3rd, a cadent house--the weakest, least active areas of a chart. If it was angular and trine, then it more so would be an effective counterbalance because Jupiter would be simultaneously highlighted. These details and context do matter.

I don't hate Trump in the least bit, and I certainly don't dislike him because the political left does. He has always struck me as very high in narcissism and spiritual immaturity and well before he ever thought of running for presidency. However, before he did run, he did say "some" things that made sense, like saying the Iraq war was pointless and a waste of energy. I'm not black and white towards anything or anyone. As befits my Libra Moon and Aqua Venus in the 7th, strong Virgo and strong Mercury, etc, I weigh many different various factors before coming to conclusions. I know you do as well, which is why I appreciate our discussions and measured debates, even if we disagree. And we're both open to admitting we were off or wrong if enough evidence is presented.

(the people who never change their minds about anything ever i.e. the ultra Taurus/fixed types are the ones that borderline worry me some).

We will just have to agree to disagree about what makes a good leader. More of a balance is an asset in business leadership. As it relates to being POTUS, a strong leader has to face some rather unique challenges. A weak leader can cause some very serious problems. That kind of balance would not work against North Korea or China. I had no problem with the tweets. I thought they were quite effective. President Trump got things done. He put America first. Biden has shown what happens when a weak leader is in charge. Rest assured that after the damage Biden has caused and will yet cause, President Trump will run again and has the Republican nomination if he wants it. The only question is who will be on the Dem ticket? It won’t be Biden or Harris.

I have had some good laughs from this thread.

And now, I say...tsk, tsk, tsk.

Have you forgotten? This is a Linda Goodman site. Have you forgotten what Linda Goodman said?

Trump the narcissist...because of his Mars in Leo and Leo Ascendent?

Trump is a pragmatic realist and a very practical fellow. Have you forgotten that Trump announces a course of action and the results intended...then goes out and actually does it? That's not bragging. That's not narcissism. How many examples do you need?

Let me cut to the chase. Linda Goodman knew some things you may not know; i.e.:

THE STARS INCLINE, THEY DO NOT COMPEL
Linda Goodman...Sun Signs

@jwhop, I think *we all* are feeling the upcoming rx Mercury in Aquarius.

It's going to be interesting for certain. Feels like a DC comic film coming to life within everyone.
