Since they've lifted the mask and vaccine mandates, etc, what exactly are the list of demands of the People's Convoy?I respected their mission when it started, but frankly it took them 3 weeks to simply drive across the country and now its too late because the goal has already been achieved. Unless, that was never their goal? I'm just confused. I really support standing up to this tyrannical government but I'm not going to lie this looks ridiculous at this point, if their goal was to end vaccine mandates......
Do they have a different goal or did they just decide to keep going since theyve been slugging along for three weeks and dont want to look like quitters or something? Also why did it take 3 weeks for them to drive across the country when from coast to coast is only 50 hours maximum if there is traffic?

The news of the restrictions being lifted is likely being drowned out by the news of Ukraine/Russia. But if you’ve been seeing memes etc about how “covid is over”, it’s because they’ve lifted mandates.

Just today, Psaki was calling the Florida Attorney General, Dr. Joseph Ladapo, a conspiracy theorist for saying that children shouldn’t be given Covid vaccines. Meaning that the White House still supports the policy, if not the mandate. IP: Logged |

On top of everything else that's happening in this country: happening to women, girls, anyone affected by the abortion bans getting even stricter, to the point where the State thinks they own you. The same with trans children, and their families. The book-banning.Does this convoy care about national health care? Do those who support the convoy? What about paid sick leave for everyone who works? Something that would fit into healthcare for everyone, would be care for pregnant women, instead of them having to find a way to get health insurance. I have friends who went through pregnancies without it, so please go on about the life of a fetus being so precious to you. My dad has to drive all the time for his job. He's put in another request for additional money towards his gas money every week, that he got along with the guaranteed route, because this job has been the only thing keeping a roof over our heads, and food in the fridge. He doesn't have healthcare, outside of the VA clinic, and since his costs have gone up for the gas, we have even less money for things that we need to pay for. I don't think that some of you have this problem. I don't think that most of you really care about the average citizen, otherwise you would be ****** at the gas companies who are doing this to you, and the republicans, who continue to vote against anything that would actually help us. You’ve got some real nerve coming here and complaining about gas prices that went up due to Dem energy policies. Buckle up. It is going to get way worse. In fact, it isn’t likely to get better until we get Biden out of the WH. So, with gas prices going up, you have less money to pay for other things that you need? No sh*t, Sherlock! I guess you are finally understanding economics and supply/demand. Congratulations. This all began with Biden closing down the Keystone pipeline on day one. teasel, what is keeping YOU from getting a job? Why are you depending on your dad's job to keep a roof over your head and food in your fridge? I drive around in my winky dinky town and see stores advertising $15/hour jobs. All the young people I know who can legally work and who want to work are working. And yes, some of those low paying jobs does not allow them to rent a place on their own, but they can contribute to paying their part in a share rental. I lived with roommates for the better part of my youth because I couldn't afford NY high rents. Do you have some kind of disability that keeps you from working, but doesn't keep you from spending all day on twitter and social media? I fear that teasel doesn’t care for the homeless who lost their jobs for refusing to give up bodily autonomy and medical freedom. Let’s be honest here. Biden and the Dems have been wanting gas prices to go up long before the Ukraine issue. That’s why Biden gives zero f*cks about gas prices. He wants us to feel pain at the pumps, so we will all drive less and be persuaded to get electric vehicles. so my point still stands, i don’t understand what they’re protesting. it would be great if they’d protest tyranny and biden in general but overall it seems very unorganized and it seems that not even they themselves know what they’re protesting. i’m not even sure if they’re still in dc or not though
