Biden had some kind word for Obama, but this wasn't the first time Biden had good compliments to say about Obama:

That's a nice compliment from Biden a Scorpio. I have forgotten Obama birthday 4th August Leo. I don't follow politics. I had to google & I didn't know Biden was Obama bracka vice president democratic party.
