Mask is optional even in New York. They assume people are vaxxed and have been boosted with minimum required. He did make fun of those who could not make it to the party. Perhaps he was being ironical to those unvaxxed. But then who in the media is unvaxxed? They all have a career either as a Robot (Sean ) or a politician (Tucker) in their next life.
