That was the answer given to Louisiana Senator, Bill Cassidy, by U.S. Interior Secretary, Deb Harland, on Capitol Hill on Thursday, May 19, when he asked her the following question:

"Is it more environmentally friendly to develop and produce oil and gas resources off the coast of Louisiana, or is it more environmentally friendly to develop those resources, say, in Venezuela?"
