The 9mm is a low powered cartridge which doesn't blow the lungs out through the back of a gunshot victim. Biden and his whole cadre of morons have a bad case of gun ignorance.This is the list of .355 to .40 caliber revolver and pistol rounds in their order of power...kinetic energy...low to high.
