Congressman Tim Ryan was double booked yesterday when Biden visited Cleveland, and Ryan chose not to show up with Biden. Ryan is running for an open Senate seat. That is very telling. Being seen with Biden is worse than the support gained by it. Double booked is the Abrams excuse. “I want to be the face of this campaign” is the latest excuse.
