Between AZ01, AZ06 and #CA41, Dems’ dreams of holding the House majority probably died tonight.https://mobile.twitter.com/Redistrict/status/1591995104784515072 Pelosi gone. R's will hold the purse strings. Time will tell if they have the stones to use this leverage. But, with a slim majority, the firebrands will have more power. IP: Logged |

There are presently 19 House seats up for grabs. Republicans are leading in half of the races and need 6 of them.IP: Logged |

You dreamed of having both the house and the senate, easily. You guys acted like it would all be over on election night. It wasn’t a red wave. Wasn’t a tsunami. And in a few places, the republicans won easily because of gerrymandering. I would post a link about Ohio, but you wouldn’t pay attention, because you just don’t care. As long as pubbies win. Our voting maps are actually illegal, but the pubs were allowed to refuse to change them, which is insane. They refused to change them, because the Dems would be more likely to win Ohio. IP: Logged |

It wasn’t a dream about a large shift in the House. That was historically the way things would be. The Senate was always a toss-up. You should be more concerned about your lame duck prez over the next two years. IP: Logged |

Juan Ciscomani (R) defeats Kirsten Engel (D) in AZ06. Dems’ path to the House majority virtually non-existent now.Tonight’s votes have given Republican Juan Ciscomani an insurmountable lead in AZ district 6. The win virtually guarantees that Republicans will control the U.S. House. http://t.me/praying_medic/11054 IP: Logged |
