I don't believe the immunity that the pharmaceutical companies were given applies when fraud is committed.

As an example, the researchers who are examining Pfizer's internal documents have uncovered that Pfizer knew that people who were taking their vaccines were suffering injuries, but they hid this from the public and continued to claim that their product was safe.
