Why would he have immunity from charges for an attempted coup?

Aside from the power of the presidency, it’s obvious this is why he wanted to win again, and then find a way to maintain power. Like his boss in Russia.

This was a protest—nowhere near being a coup. The only person who was killed was an unarmed protester. President Trump’s speech on January 6 was protected. His boss in Russia?
