Turley: ‘Disinformation Indictment’ Is Charging Trump for Free Speech
Ian Hanchett1 Aug 2023On Tuesday’s broadcast of the Fox News Channel’s “Special Report,” Fox News Contributor and George Washington University Law Professor Jonathan Turley said Special Counsel Jack Smith’s indictment of 2024 Republican presidential candidate former President Donald Trump “basically just accuses him of disinformation. This is a disinformation indictment” and charges “many” things that are protected by the First Amendment. Turley said, “There’s less than meets the eye in this indictment. I thought the last indictment was a very serious threat for Donald Trump. When I take a red pen through material that is protected by the First Amendment, it reduces much of this to a haiku. Inciting a coup? President Trump wasn’t indicted for any crime called that. Why wasn’t President Trump indicted for sedition or seditious conspiracy? Or insurrection? Instead, Jack Smith used the Ku Klux Klan Act from the 1800s (which the Dems opposed because they were friends of the Klan). And a law passed for conspiracy related to Enron because they had trouble charging certain executives on obstruction. And cheating the government? This law was aimed at contractors who cheated the government. This is the biggest bullsh*t list of charges ever in history. It would get thrown out in any other court but DC. President Trump wouldn’t have asked Pelosi if she wanted 10,000 troops if he had planned a coup. He said to march on the Capitol “peacefully and patriotically.” So far, not a single charge on any indictment holds any merit.IP: Logged |

I want to find a Virtual reality thing, that will allow me to do something similar to Jamie in Mad About You. Only, without the shoulder rubs, the "Bus Stop" scene, and sexy time crap.I want a virtual reality program, that will let me add trump supporters I personally know, to a line in the game, and have them admit to me, that they were wrong.
