President Trump’s lawyer said no such thing. You need to learn how to read. His lawyer is correct: A dispute over a Constitutional interpretation is not a criminal act. If Jack had any evidence, he would have charged President Trump with inciting, instead of twisting the law like a pretzel to try to fit something. He also can’t use a grand jury to continue investigating after an indictment or try to squeeze out additional charges that are merely extensions of the former ones in a different jurisdiction.
