Nobody is saying this is a success story. The tragedy is not that she couldn't get an abortion, the tragedy is that she was raped at the age of 12.The good thing is that whoever raped her, now there is DNA evidence, and he will be identified, sooner or later. Had she had an abortion, the DNA evidence would have been destroyed. And a rapist would continue to freely rape her and other minors. Would that have been a success? I tend to be of the opinion that it is most likely someone she knows who raped her, not some stranger in the yard as she claimed. I don't buy that story, but we will see...
