Another defendant has motioned to remove to federal court claiming that the activity in question fell under the Electoral Count Act. (And that the activity in question complied with both the Act and Georgia law.) There's more:

By choosing to sever himself from the indictment (if allowed), this will let us see just how weak these charges are. I think it is being planned that way! If the RICO charge falls, so does the whole indictment because Fani Pack has no jurisdiction over any of the other locations for activities listed in the rest of the charges.

Treason? GTFOOH! You are not qualified to speak on whether she knows what she is doing or not. She knowingly violated her oath of office and should be disbarred. She is under a House probe and must submit her records for examination. She campaigned on going after President Trump and blatantly lied about what was said on the perfect phone call.
